McGRAW worked with Full Circle Wedding DJs to build their entire website out and in the HubSpot CMS and migrate their hosting over as well. Also helped them to set up custom forms that link to the website for lead generation as well as taking over the ongoing management and creativity of their social media profiles across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Contact management scattered and not organized in one place.
• Having to log into WordPress to get new contacts that filled out the website form.
• Did not have time to manage, create, and engage on social media platforms.

Objectives

Full Circle Wedding DJs had their website hosted on GoDaddy. It was a WordPress website, but all of its marketing was scattered over many different places. They were looking for a CRM, and really one place to host their website where they could connect all leads, contacts, and aspects of their marketing in one place for easy management and trackability. That is where McGRAW’s partnership with HubSpot came in. They were also looking for help with their social media presence including creating and posting content and community engagement as well

Solutions

Our solution was to have Full Circle purchase a basic CMS starter package through HubSpot. We then built a clone of their current website for them on their HubSpot CMS account. We created a custom form to appear on their home page and quotes page so that all leads would funnel into their HubSpot contacts. We also integrated all their social media accounts into HubSpot and are their ongoing partner for social media creation, management, and engagement.
